Return Policy

Return Policy starting 1st of January 2020

100% Return-Free for your first purchase!

Our clothing is made-to-order, just for you and no one else. We believe in a No-Waste Environmental Protective Policy. We start producing all your personalized & designer-made clothes as soon as the order has been placed. Everything is just-in-time production; we don’t keep any inventory & don’t have any stock left to overwhelm the environment that’s why offering 100% return-free policy is difficult. 

However, we know that when it comes to fitting is not easy to blindly trust a brand, that’s why we are offering a 100% return-free policy for your 1st purchase and then a case by case return policy as described in continuation. 

We will only accept return requests only if:

We delivered the wrong products to customer due to our mistakes.
We delivered a damage/defective item(s) to customer. However, we will ensure all items are in good conditions before we send it out.

Please take note:

We are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery as we will make sure the package is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages.
Return of items must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please attach a clear photo of the defect area & state which item.
The return will be fully refunded through electronic transfer based on the details provided by the customer.

Damaged or wrong product delivery

It is our responsibility to inspect all products once they have received. Requests for exchange/refund or return will not be entertained except under the following circumstances:
Delivery of wrong products (product delivered not as per customer’s order)
Delivery of damaged products due to shipping or any other unavoidable reasons.
For delivery of wrong products, you will be required to return the goods in the same condition as delivered to you. You will have to bear the shipping cost first and we will refund the shipping cost upon receipt of the goods in good condition. The correct items will be shipped to you free of any postage/shipping charges.

Please note that we will not accept returned items if they show any signs of usage or damage. In such circumstance, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and we will also not replace the products.

Please email us at support@frobolous.com before you proceed to return the products to us. We will advise you on the next course of action in detail.

Return Procedure

Contact us to request a Return Sanction (RS) right; this can be done by sending an email to: support@frobolous.com

In your email/form below, please include:

  • Your full name, address, contact details
  • Please attach a clear photo of the defect area & state which item.
  • Order Confirmation Number
  • Items being returned along with a brief reason.

    When your Return Sanction # clears, it will be e-mailed to you. Returns must be completed within 15 days of Return Sanction generation. Please print out the attached Return Sanction Form and include it in the package with returned items.

    Alternations

    In case there will be fitting remark we will deal case by case, please email us under Contact details we will be at your disposal for any minimal dispute.

    • Give it back to us & we’ll fix it for you.
    • Shipping cost will be bare by us.

    Reshipment Orders

    As per our normal delivery policy, we will bear the cost for the re-shipping of the orders as we have absorbed this cost under our restocking fee.
